Joan Spencer

Joan served as the Graduate Advisor for the Kappa Omicron Chapter for 15 years. She is a current member of Alpha Theta Omega in Raleigh, NC, and a Pearl member. We thank her for your passion and commitment to the Kappa Omicron Chapter at North Carolina State University.
